Due to the nature of the product, the Aria Cup cannot be exchanged or returned. Please keep in mind that all sales are final.
For most women it is easy to insert the cup on their first try however it may take some time for others. It may take some practice for you to get the hang of it but once you master it, trust us when we say you will love your cup. You can also refer to our user manual, FAQ, and customer care if you need some support. We are here to help you!
In the exceptional case that there is a defect in the cup, make sure to contact our customer support staff within 60 days of purchase for a replacement. Keep in mind that in order to evaluate the issue, we need you to send us a photo of the cup with a detailed description of the issue and the original receipt to our email: myexperience@ariacup.com
